StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Kingwood offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

As a dedicated Fitness Professional Tim has worn many hats from Personal Trainer, Running Coach, Group Exercise Instructor, and most recently Flexologist. The latter, Tim says may just be his favorite, and certainly one of his most important endeavors. Amoni is extremely passionate about helping people to become healthier and happier versions of themselves and is excited to bring her knowledge to the Kingwood community. She has a degree in Kinesiology with plans to further her education in the future, and she LOVES candles!
Layla graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She has a strong interest in combining sports, medicine, and therapy. Ultimately she thrives in seeing her clients improve their quality of life. She is so excited about joining the StretchLab Kingwood team and helping you reach your goals!
Elijah is a Marine Veteran and Lionel University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, boasting three years of personal training experience. He is a competitive powerlifter in USAPL, certified in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Therapy, and Bodybuilding. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, he has a passion for healing the community through fitness. He aspires to become a Certified Massage Therapist to further his expertise in rehabilitation and recovery.
Cameron's mission is to help people develop into their best selves, fostering confidence and comfort. He brings experience as a boxing coach and competitor in the sport, along with being a certified personal trainer. Cameron enjoys initiating conversations and cultivating relationships during his work, making it seem effortless. He values the opportunity to learn from the diverse individuals he meets.
Maggie has a background in CrossFit as a Level 2 coach, with a passion for gymnastics and Olympic lifting. For her, fitness is not just about excelling in a single skill but achieving a balance between cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. She believes that anyone, regardless of age, ability, or circumstances, is capable of improving their health and taking control of their wellness. Maggie is currently pursuing certifications in personal training and nutrition to further support others on her fitness journey.
Heath Kelley is an FTP-certified flexologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and one year of experience working with clients of all backgrounds. His approach to stretching is intentional and goal-driven, focused on improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and supporting long-term movement quality. Prior to fitness, Heath served over seven years in law enforcement and four years in the U.S. Coast Guard, shaping his disciplined, client-focused approach.
